A company’s most important asset is its people and CPS
has taken great care to retain individuals that exhibit the highest
level of professional accuracy and personal integrity. Our employees
use creativity and sound logic in finding solutions for our clients
and are empowered to make decisions in the best interest of our
customers. We encourage a free exchange of ideas between all
employees as well as any technical consultants to enhance the
total project and ensure the highest quality.
The composition of our current staff is outlined below:

Mark Lambrecht, PE, RLS
Mark currently serves
as President of CPS and has been working in the civil
engineering and public works administration fields since
1977. He is usually responsible for overall project management
on projects, which includes scheduling, budgeting, and
the internal coordination of team members. He also serves
as the link between the owner and the design team throughout
the course of the contract and assists with any public
meetings. He has served as the project manager for numerous
projects including the construction of the the Ralph Engelstad Arena, the Kohls Department Store in Grand Forks, and the Reconstruction of 32nd Avenue South and Columbia Road.

Doug Herzog, RLS
Doug a registered land
surveyor with more than 35 years of experience, is Vice-President
of Surveying at CPS. As chief surveyor he is responsible
for project design and drafting, construction staking
and inspection, cadastral surveying, coordination of
field projects, subdivision planning and platting and
project management. He schedules and supervises surveying
crews on all types of boundary and construction surveys
and has worked with several government agencies to obtain
approval of client projects.

Mike Korman, PE
Mike is Vice-President
of Engineering at CPS and has been working as a civil
engineer since 1991. He has extensive experience in the
preparation of engineering reports
and the design
and preparation of
plans and specifications. His expertise includes design
of water distribution systems, hydraulics, paving and
site design. Mr. Korman has also been involved in several
NDDOT projects and has 8 years of experience in public
works administration.

Greg Boppre, PE
Greg has been working
in the engineering field since 1984. His responsibilities
include, but are not limited to, the design and preparation
of
plans and specifications and construction administration
and the supervision of inspectors on watermains, water
treatment plants, sanitary sewage collection systems
storm water collection systems, paving, footings, foundations,
and other municipal projects.

Brad Bail, PE
Brad has been working in the
engineering field since 1986 and has served as the structural
engineer at CPS for several
years.
His specific
structural experience includes the Southtowne Square
building in Grand Forks, the Sr. Citizen Center, Headstart
Center, and Parks and Recreation building in East Grand
Forks, and footings and foundations for numerous houses,
retaining walls, and box culverts in the area.

Melissa Knutson, PE has been working as a
Civil Engineer since 1997. Her experience includes the preparation of
engineering reports, project design, preparation of project
plans and specifications, and construction observation and
inspection. |

Allen Petrick, PE has
been with CPS since 1993. His experience includes project
design,
preparation of plans and specifications, project management
and field engineering. Mr. Petrick has extensive experience
in design and construction engineering on NDDOT projects
and is very familiar with NDDOT standard practices and
documentation requirements. |

Pat Krug, RLS has been working as a professional land surveyor since 1980 and has been with CPS since 1986. His responsibilities include
design work, construction staking and surveying, inspection,
field
testing and gradations, general surveying, coordination
of field projects, subdivision surveying, data collection
and
data entry on the computer. He is proficient in the use of GPS equipment. |

Mike Sansom, RLS has been working as a professional land surveyor since 1977. His responsibilities include
design work, construction staking and surveying, inspection,
boundary surveys, photo control and cadastral surveys,
coordination of field projects, subdivision surveying,
data collection
and data entry on the computer. |

Ryan Link is a Crew Chief Surveyor and has been with
CPS since 2003. |

Gary Caskey, RLS has 19 years of experience
in surveying and is a registered land surveyor in the states
of Minnesota, North Dakota, and Wyoming. He is the Survey
Manager of our Warroad office and serves as crew chief for
most of our Minnesota surveying work. His experience includes
numerous plats and lot surveys for subdivisions in Grand
Forks, ND and East Grand Forks, MN as well as numerous rural
surveys in Polk and Lake of the Woods Counties in Minnesota
and Grand Forks County in ND. |

Wayne Johnson has several years of experience as a survey crew chief at CPS and for the Marshall County Highway Department. He received his degree in Civil Engineering Technology from Lake Superior College in Duluth and has been with CPS since May of 2005. |

John Schlieman, SET began his career in civil engineering technology
and engineering construction in 1968. His vast project experience includes 6.5 years
with the NDDOT and he has been with CPS since its inception in 1979. Mr. Schlieman is responsible for roadway
design, hydraulics, and grading. |

Dean Anderson, SET/CADD has over 28
years of engineering & drafting experience with the last 18 as a CADD draftsman. He is currently Senior CADD draftsman for CPS, Ltd. His experience includes serving as CADD Manager for such projects as the Grand Forks 32nd Avenue & 42nd Street Reconstruction Projects,
the southend drainway, and site plans for two of the largest event centers in the State of North Dakota - the Alerus Center and the Ralph Engelstad Arena, both in Grand Forks. |

Everett Severinson, SET has over 30 years of experience
working on a
variety of projects in northwest Minnesota and northeast
North Dakota,
including bridge replacements, urban and rural road reconstructions,
utility replacements, municipal water projects, and site
designs. He is
very familiar with Minnesota Department of Transportation
policies and procedures and is proficient in a variety of
computer programs including
AUTOCADD 2004, MicroStation J, GEOPAK, Hec Ras, EAGLEPOINT,
and CARS. |

Matt Sanders, ET has been with Floan-Sanders/CPS
since 1992. His duties have included
surveying work, construction inspection, and CADD drafting
on a variety
of projects including the reconstruction of 32nd Avenue
South and
Columbia Road, Cornerstone Estates, and the Ralph Engelstad
Arena, all
in Grand Forks. |

Christi Stonecipher has over 10 years of experience in public information dissemination for large, public projects including the Alerus Center in Grand Forks and the Grand Forks / East Grand Forks Flood Protection Project. She assists in the development and coordination of exhibits, newsletters, and other presentation materials as well as coordinating business development efforts. |

Steve Emery, PE has been doing surveying and engineering projects for our affiliate firm Floan-Sanders since 1994. His responsibilities include project
management and design, inspection, the preparation of
plans and specifications, construction staking and general

Mark Anderson, SET has been with Floan-Sanders since 1983. As Senior CADD Draftsman,
he is responsible for plan drafting,
design, construction design, on-site verification, document
research, inspection, mapping, and 3-D modeling and rendering. |

Randy Iverson, SET has been working as a draftsman since 1972. At
CPS and Floan-Sanders, he is responsible
for plan drafting, design, construction design, on-site
verification,
document research, inspection and mapping. |

Tom Stenseth has been with our affiliate firm Floan-Sanders
since 1991 as a surveyor and construction inspector. He
has been involved in a variety of projects over the years
including the Bygland Road Reconstruction, the City of
Thompson's Street Regraveling project, the Energy and Environmental
Research Center's Building Expansion, and the East Grand
Forks Water and Light Distribution Center.
