Introduction
Our vast experience has taught us that good projects don’t
happen by accident. We carefully solicit and accept engineering projects
for design and include in every project the following components

- Clear and complete plans and specifications.

- Regular and clear client communications.
While including these things doesn’t guarantee success, they
form the foundation upon which successful projects rise. We know
because we’ve seen it work.
A Little Background About Floan-Sanders. . .
- Opened in 1956 as Don Floan Engineering
- Located at 1600 Central
Avenue NE in East Grand Forks, MN and 305 Lake St. NE in Warroad,
MN.
- Owned and operated by Greg
Boppre, PE, Brad Bail, PE, Mark Lambrecht, PE, RLS, Doug Herzog,
RLS, and Mike Korman, PE.
- Considered a “Small
Business Enterprise” as defined
by the Federal Government.

- Project experience includes bridge
construction, drainage structures, land surveying, platting,
layout, infrastructure layout
and municipal engineering services from the preliminary engineering phase
through
final construction including construction period services.
- Have worked with and enjoy good relations with a variety of
other firms and can easily coordinate and communicate with
other disciplines when necessary if certain projects require it.
- Currently employ more than 15 professionals, including engineers,
engineering technicians and land surveyors.
