Greg Boppre, President Floan-Sanders, Inc.
Greg Boppre, PE has been working in the engineering
field since 1984. His responsibilities include, but are not
limited to, the design and preparation of plans and specifications
and construction
administration and the supervision of inspectors on watermains,
water treatment plants, sanitary sewage collection systems
storm water collection systems, paving, footings, foundations,
and
other municipal projects. |

Brad Bail, Vice President Floan-Sanders, Inc.
Brad Bail, PE has been working in the engineering
field since 1986 and has served as the structural engineer
at Floan-Sanders for several years. His specific structural
experience
includes
the
Southtowne Square building in Grand Forks, the Sr. Citizen
Center, Headstart Center, and Parks and Recreation building
in East Grand
Forks, and footings and foundations for numerous houses,
retaining walls, and box culverts in the area. |

Steve Emery, PE has been doing surveying and engineering projects for Floan-Sanders since 1994. His responsibilities include project management and design, inspection, the preparation of plans and specifications, construction staking and general surveying.

Pat Krug, RLS has been working as a professional land surveyor since 1980 and has been with our firms since 1986. His responsibilities include design work, construction staking and surveying, inspection, field testing and gradations, general surveying, coordination of field projects, subdivision surveying, data collection and data entry on the computer. He is proficient in the use of GPS equipment.

Jaroslav Solc started with Floan-Sanders in June of 2006 after graduating from the University of North Dakota with a degree in civil engineering. He works on a variety of projects assisting with construction inspection and project design. |

Mark Anderson, SET has been with Floan-Sanders since 1983. As Senior CADD Draftsman, he is responsible for plan drafting, design, construction design, on-site verification, document research, inspection, mapping, and 3-D modeling and rendering.

Randy Iverson, SET has been working as a draftsman since 1972. At Floan-Sanders, he is responsible for plan drafting, design, construction design, on-site verification, document research, inspection and mapping.

Tom Stenseth has been with Floan-Sanders since 1991 as a
surveyor and construction inspector. He has been
involved in a variety of projects over the years including the
Bygland
Road Reconstruction, the City of Thompson's Street Regraveling
project,
the Energy and Environmental Research Center's Building Expansion,
and
the East Grand Forks Water and Light Distribution Center.

Marilyn Bren has been the Office Manager, Bookkeeper, and Payroll Clerk for CPS and Floan-Sanders since 1988.

Kellie Rygg started as the Administrative Assistant in our East Grand Forks office in September of 2006. |

Christi Stonecipher has over 10 years of experience in public information dissemination for large, public projects including the Alerus Center in Grand Forks and the Grand Forks / East Grand Forks Flood Protection Project. She assists in the development and coordination of exhibits, newsletters, and other presentation materials as well as coordinating business development efforts. |

Gary Caskey, RLS has 19 years of experience in surveying and is a registered land surveyor in the states of Minnesota, North Dakota, and Wyoming. He is the Survey Manager of our Warroad office and serves as crew chief for most of our Minnesota surveying work. His experience includes numerous plats and lot surveys for subdivisions in Grand Forks, ND and East Grand Forks, MN as well as numerous rural surveys in Polk and Lake of the Woods Counties in Minnesota and Grand Forks County in ND. |
